Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to support initiatives across our computer hardware portfolio and partner programs. This role involves driving cross-functional alignment, managing program execution, and fostering relationships with key technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner initiatives, maintain documentation, schedules, and reports, and help identify and resolve risks.
  • Partner Support: Support onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners, coordinate logistics, and maintain partner collateral.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment, facilitate meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Schedule & Reporting: Manage timelines, provide status updates, and escalate risks as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine program processes to enhance quality, security, and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or technical support (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in computer hardware and technology partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Salary Range

$87,000 - $146,000. The offered salary depends on factors such as location, level, education, training, skills, experience, and current market standards. Benefits include comprehensive packages, bonuses, and equity options.
