ECS is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to work remotely.
- Manage/track all our government mandatory training (we have tracking spreadsheet and Jira tasks that assign the training
- Maintain tight accountability of all our government-issued hardware. Work directly with our government property custodian to request new and/or return government assets (laptops, headsets, keyboards, laptop bags). Sign the property hand receipts when we have a change in hardware possession. While team members are financially responsible for any damage to GFEs. Troubleshoot issues as best as possible and if they can't be resolved, then we conduct GFE swaps.
- Conduct/manage/oversee the onboarding and offboarding of all team members and associated paperwork. Ensure new hires meet team members, and ensure the new person is receiving the support, communication, and resources they need to integrate successfully with the team.
- Handle any special projects that come along:
- Examples:
- GFE computer upgrades - tracking and addressing any issues
- Data calls/taskers from our Gov PMO which can sometimes have a very quick turn around
- Deliverables:
- Author the monthly status report, program management review, trend analysis report, and weekly status report. Review all other deliverables for quality, accuracy of content
- Administer Atlassian accounts, IntelliJ accounts
- Create an annual purchase requisition for IntelliJ license renewal
- Conduct meetings with government officials.
- Take meeting notes
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
