The Associate, Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production staff for the creation of marketing campaigns, digital asset developments, and/or e-mail creative under the guidance of a more senior Program Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in trafficking all creative materials through the agency process for review, revisions, and approval. They will organize all aspects of projects including scheduling kickoff meetings, production, development, testing, and launch in conjunction with the Program Manager. This includes the scheduling and review of deliverables for each of these steps, attending team status meetings, and partnering with account services to develop status reports.

Compensation Range: $64,400- $57,615 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
