The RESPOND Assistant Program Manager at Familylinks plays a pivotal role in leading residential programs within the Youth and Family Services division. Your responsibilities include supporting overseeing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff support, and ensuring program compliance. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team from Western Behavioral Health (WBH) is integral, involving coordination with a psychiatric nurse, BCBA behavioral analyst, psychiatrist, and behavioral health counselors. This role requires understanding of Trauma-Informed Care and an ability to implement ABA therapy techniques.
