Job summary

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is seeking an experienced Associate Program Director to oversee Veterans housing initiatives and supervise the program staff serving veterans who experienced unsheltered homelessness and are transitioning to permanent housing.

You will collaboratively guide the onsite Case Management team on mental health, crisis intervention, and participant intake while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Foundation policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• Master’s degree and/or licensure in Social Work is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisor capacity in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (AWARDS or similar) preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Pre-employment screenings (background check, medical clearance) will be conducted.
• On-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates case management activities and supervises Case Managers.
• Collaborates with staff to conduct audits of Case Management work.
• Assists in hiring new staff and manages caseloads.
• Provides on-call crisis management and communicates urgent issues to senior leadership.
• Ensures timely assessments, screenings, and documentation.
• Maintains Case Management database and ensures compliance with safety policies.
• Supports the Program Director in expanding the team as needed.

Education
