The role includes managing case management and specialized support services, and building community linkages to enhance service delivery.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and five years of experience including two to three years in supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with five years’ experience, including two to three years in supervision.
• Experience working with families affected by domestic violence; knowledge of counseling and advocacy techniques for DV victims.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program personnel in case management and support areas; assist in recruiting and training direct service staff.
• Establish and maintain program delivery models and provide crisis intervention for victims.
• Develop and maintain linkages with other service agencies and community resources.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and quality indicators; monitor surveys and corrective actions.
