Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related program control or project management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and help analysts solve tasking issues.
• Onboard new hires with facility introductions and required program training.
• Monitor workloads and adjust assignments as program needs shift.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, and cost accounts; manage Cobra-based cost processing.
• Report program status metrics and present data for reviews with internal and customer teams.
• Manage CDRL submissions and ensure alignment with RASIC and Tasking Matrix.
• Support the Program Manager with administrative tasks and security training tracking.
• Consolidate process improvements with Program Manager approval.
