Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to serve as the functional lead for our Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program. You will guide the PCA team, oversee schedules, costs, and earned value management, and coordinate task order activity across development, production, and sustainment efforts.

This is a functional team-lead role without direct personnel-management responsibility. You will onboard new hires, monitor workloads, prepare program data, and support the Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or engineering with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience generating and tracking cost (including EVM), schedule, staff, and risk for programs using program-control tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work under supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and help analysts overcome tasking hurdles.
• Onboard new hires with facility introductions and required program training (e.g., EVM, program tools).
• Balance workloads, adjust assignments as needed, and identify development needs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, cost accounts; manage Cobra and EVM processes.
