Job summary

SRC, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead our PCA team supporting the LIDS program. You’ll guide analysts, oversee EVM, schedules, and cost accounts, and coordinate training and program documentation in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in generating and tracking cost, schedule, staff, and risk using program control tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work under general supervision.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and help analysts overcome tasking hurdles.
• Onboard new hires and coordinate program training (e.g., EVM, tools).
• Monitor workloads, balance assignments, and assess development needs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost accounts; set up cost processing and EVM techniques.
• Maintain and report program status metrics; present data for reviews.
• Manage CDRL submissions and ensure alignment with RASIC and Tasking Matrix.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain program documentation and security training.
