Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to serve as the functional lead for our team of Program Control Analysts supporting the LIDS program, providing day-to-day guidance, quality oversight, and workload coordination while assuming increasing program management responsibility across a portfolio of task orders spanning development, production, and sustainment.

This is a functional team-lead role and does not carry direct personnel-management responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, or engineering; 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in generating and tracking cost, schedule, staff, and risk using program control tools.
• US citizen and ability to obtain security clearance per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the PCA team and coordinate tasking to solve hurdles.
• Onboard new hires, coordinate facility introductions and required program training (e.g., EVM).
• Balance workloads and adjust assignments as program needs shift.
• Develop schedules, WBS structures, cost accounts; set up Cobra cost processing and apply EV techniques.
• Maintain and report program status metrics for internal and customer reviews.
• Support the Program Manager with admin tasks and required security paperwork.
