• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and drive process improvements plant-wide.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Provide coaching and development for production teams.
• Plan labor, equipment, and materials to meet demand.
• Resolve operational issues using data and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support new product introductions and equipment start-up.
• Communicate performance, priorities, and risks to leadership.
