myKaarma is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager in Pittsburgh. You will learn product marketing on real launches, create content, segment audiences, and prep teams and customers for new features.

This launchpad role offers mentorship and progression to a Product Marketing Manager within 18–24 months. youll work with Product Marketing Managers on cross-functional launches, and develop materials to enable Sales, CS, and Support.

Qualificações

• No prior product marketing experience required; internships or early career experience in marketing, communications, business, sales, customer support, or related field is a plus.
• Strong writing, organization and deadline-driven work.
• Ask thoughtful questions and challenge plans respectfully.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Present ideas clearly to small groups.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Basic marketing fundamentals: audiences, messaging, campaigns.
• Knowledge of how software companies sell to business customers.
• Ability to research markets, customers, or competitors.

Responsabilidades

• Launch support: plan and execute feature and product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Content creation: draft release announcements, emails, in-app messaging, help content, one-pagers, presentations.
• Audience segmentation: identify dealerships and users for launches and tailor messaging.
• Challenging ideas: offer fresh perspectives on launch plans and messaging.
• Enablement support: build training materials, FAQs, and talk tracks.
• Adoption tracking: collect data and turn results into recommendations.
• Customer and market learning: research the automotive service industry and competitors.
• Professional growth: grow toward owning launches independently.
