• Experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Ability to develop product/marketing strategies and present to executives
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Track record delivering product releases end-to-end with designers and engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project and time management
• Problem solving and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves
• Familiarity with agile software development is a plus
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of customer experience and identify gaps to grow market share
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver fast time-to-market with optimal resources
• Lead product launches with PR, executives and other PM members
• Ensure promotional plans align with product strategy and messaging
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness
• Visit customers to solicit feedback on products and services
• Create long- and short-term sales forecasts and analyses for management
• Bring new products to market with ROI analysis
• Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams
• Determine product pricing based on market research and costs
• Schedule and assign operational requirements for follow-up
• Manage the product team including coaching and performance reviews
• Pursue ongoing professional and technical education
