Join myKaarma as an Associate Product Manager, owning a defined product area and driving outcomes for customers and the business. You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to shape direction and deliver high-quality software.

Ideal candidates solve complex problems, lead discovery, and independently drive prioritization and execution while learning a specialized payments domain quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Product Management or related SaaS/enterprise software experience.
• Proven ability to deliver customer and business outcomes through cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.
• Experience defining requirements, prioritizing work, and measuring success with metrics.
• Experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, or discovery activities.
• Proficiency with modern product, design, and AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area and deliver outcomes for customers and the business.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement within the product area.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across teams and communicate priorities clearly.
• Own initiatives from discovery through launch and measure outcomes with data.
