ZEISS is seeking an Associate Product Manager to guide product direction through the lifecycle. You will define a 12–18‑month strategy, set up profitable new products, and manage current year plans while partnering with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years of relevant product management experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries.
• 5+ years of relevant product management experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries required
• 2+ years of product management and category-building experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries required
• 2+ years of go-to-market marketing experience in Consumer or Healthcare-related industries preferred

Mansioni

• Gather and analyze market information and identify market opportunities
• Introduce new products and forecast associated revenue
• Oversee day-to-day product management activities
• Define necessary associated measures for product developments and launches
• Monitor the sales and turnover development of the assigned product segments
• Manage product discontinuation roadmap
• Develop positioning messaging
• Interface with the Global product team
• Oversee and contribute to production of technical collateral and materials
• Develop financial business cases for all new products including corporate approvals
• Provide project leadership for cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and execute annual product promotional calendar with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and business cases
• Generate copy and content for collateral and campaigns
• Support Sales with training materials and campaigns
• Develop promotional collateral for targeted prospects
• Maintain relationships with field Sales Representatives and stakeholders
• Demonstrate interest in science/technology to understand product features
• Report post-promotion ROI analyses
