isolved is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help modernize key areas of our Perform platform. You’ll own features, participate in discovery, and influence roadmaps from day one within a collaborative Kanban/Agile environment.

You’ll partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product leaders to deliver valuable customer experiences, shaping solutions and prioritizing quarterly objectives. Growth-minded and autonomous candidates will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience.
• Experience defining detailed user stories, use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development practices, preferably Kanban.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, AirFocus, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Experience with or interest in leveraging AI tools for ideation, analysis, documentation, prototyping, or product development activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, UX, QA, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and drive conversations.
• Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow into a more strategic product role.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership with high autonomy.
• Experience with data, integrations, system dependencies, or technical workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own sprint-level execution and drive assigned features from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to shape product vision, roadmap priorities, and quarterly objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and QA to define solutions, align requirements, and ensure successful feature delivery.
• Lead backlog grooming, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning activities.
• Facilitate discussions and help drive clarity around customer needs, business requirements, and product decisions.
• Participate in product discovery activities, customer conversations, and stakeholder discussions to better understand user problems and opportunities.
• Use AI tools and Figma to support product discovery, requirement gathering, concept creation, and feature definition.
• Track feature progress and support release readiness, documentation, internal enablement, and communication efforts.
• Contribute to beta programs, product enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product experiences and successful feature launches.
• Take ownership of your work, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
