Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Full Time Associate Product Manager — Checkout to join our global payments team. The role supports the Fraud and Payments squads, analyzes transaction data, writes requirements, coordinates with engineering and vendors, and keeps day-to-day operations running.

This is an ideal entry-to-mid level product role for someone eager to grow in payments, fraud prevention, and risk decisioning at scale.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product management, analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL required; Python or R and dashboards in analytics tools preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Fraud and Payments Product Managers in day-to-day operation of the Checkout domain; triaging issues, monitoring dashboards, and coordinating with vendors.
• Perform data analysis; run SQL queries, build dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Draft product requirements and user stories; maintain the backlog in Jira; coordinate with engineering, design, data, and vendors.
• Prepare recurring product reporting and leadership updates; consolidate KPIs and document experiment results.
• Conduct discovery and research on user behavior and market practices to inform the roadmap.
• Support vendor management; monitor SLAs and collect data for evaluations.
• Improve team processes; keep product docs current and identify automation opportunities.
