Ria Money Transfer is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Denver to help shape product strategy, improve user flows, and drive business impact. You will work with design, engineering, and regional teams to launch features and raise the standard for international money transfers.

Ideal candidates are data-driven, curious about user behavior, and comfortable working across time zones. The role emphasizes compliance, identity verification, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
• Fluent in English with experience across time zones or remote teams.
• Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest or basic experience in product data, UX design, or web development.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with in-office Tue/Wed/Thu.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery work using product data and market signals to surface opportunities.
• Translate customer and data insights into problem statements to solve.
• Contribute to prioritization discussions with research and experiments.
• Draft and refine specs to enable fast, confident development.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.
• Assist in maintaining momentum by tracking progress and removing blockers.
• Own a portion of the customer journey across web and mobile with guidance.
• Define success metrics and connect work to them.
• Push for measurable impact and apply learnings to future initiatives.
• Anticipate compliance, legal, and operational needs early in discussions.
