Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is building a brand-new Post-Transaction Experience team in Denver to own everything after a transfer. You’ll partner with Payments, Fraud, Design, and Customer Success to replace manual support with in-product guidance and AI-enabled self-serve.

As a Product Manager, you’ll turn insights from customer feedback and data into prioritized specs, prototype AI tools, and ship improvements with Engineering and Design. You’ll start lean, measure impact, and scale as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
• Strong generalist; curious about what drives customer behavior.
• Strong with data; pull and analyze product data and turn it into decisions.
• Strong UX sense; pinpoint what makes a product experience good or bad.
• Technical enough to build; prototypes and small AI tools.
• Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products.
• Hands-on with bias for action; comfortable diving into details.
• Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
• Clear communicator backed by evidence.
• Degree in business, CS, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog, Iterable, LogRocket.
• Regularly explore new apps and analyze what makes them work or not.

Responsibilities

• Dig into why customers cancel transactions and where they get stuck after a transfer goes through.
• Investigate root causes on transaction problems—payment failures, fraud holds, delivery delays.
• Talk to customers, support agents, and internal teams to understand drivers of contact volume and self-serve opportunities.
• Turn learnings into clear, prioritized product requirements for Engineering and Design.
• Write specs for contextual, in-product help that replaces a support call.
• Bring AI into the experience so customers can self-serve solutions.
• Automate manual tagging and triage across tools and APIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship improvements; prototype and iterate.
