Job summary

First Resonance is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help build innovative software solutions and grow a career in product management. You will own onboarding experiences, translate customer needs into requirements, and work daily with engineers to ship high-quality features.

You will join a high-impact team, be mentored by senior leaders, and take ownership of product modules shaping the first-time user experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in product management, product engineering, solutions engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with direct customer interaction during onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to understand problems and monitor activation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting specifications and organizing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of onboarding experiences and product adoption.
• Manage lifecycle of features from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design; align with Customer Success and Sales for smooth handoffs.
• Use data and user feedback to drive iterative improvements and measure success.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain clear, actionable user stories.
