Job summary

First American is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Operations & Readiness to own assigned product experiences from implementation through ongoing management. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams and vendors to improve customer-facing experiences, establish testing and release readiness, and maintain knowledge assets and monitoring.

The role requires 2–5 years in product development, strong communication and project management skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2–5 years in product/services development.
• Strong communication, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product or product line from implementation to ongoing management.
• Gather and analyze customer needs via market research.
• Define and translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development and clients on roadmap.
• Monitor progress and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Assist in prioritizing product evolution and feature bets.
