Job summary

Blee is seeking its first dedicated Product Manager to own the problem end to end: discovery, spec, delivery, launch, adoption, iteration. You’ll focus on identifying new or underserved user groups, increasing their usage, and launching features that make Blee more valuable to them.You'll work daily with engineering, talk to customers every week, and partner closely with our leadership team on what we build next.

This is a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager with direct ownership of shipping software.
• Experience managing an engineering backlog and taking features from discovery through launch.
• A track record of shipping B2B software for enterprise customers and expanding its usage across teams or user groups.

Responsibilities

• Expand Blee to new user groups.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity by writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Run customer discovery by speaking with stakeholders weekly and leveraging feedback from Sales and Customer Success.
• Prioritize new opportunities to unlock meaningful usage across user groups.
• Drive features through launch with documentation, enablement, and adoption tracking.
• Shape what we build next by bringing in customer insights and engineering context.
