What You'll Do
Build product development processes that increase release velocity
Translate technical privacy and compliance requirements into intuitive user experiences
Balance customer feedback with technical constraints in a fast-moving startup environment
Create visibility into product progress for both internal stakeholders and customers
Run agile development processes including standups and 2-week sprints
Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define feature specifications
Cut and manage tickets for engineering teams
Collaborate with CPO and CTO on project scoping and feature requirements
Work closely with our designer to create intuitive user flows and experiences
Conduct customer interviews and implement feedback collection processes
Improve existing user interview patterns and event tracking systems
Create and maintain release documentation for customer communication
Interface directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth customer implementations
What We're Looking For
