Job description

What You'll Do

• Build product development processes that increase release velocity
• Translate technical privacy and compliance requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Balance customer feedback with technical constraints in a fast-moving startup environment
• Create visibility into product progress for both internal stakeholders and customers
• Run agile development processes including standups and 2-week sprints
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define feature specifications
• Cut and manage tickets for engineering teams
• Collaborate with CPO and CTO on project scoping and feature requirements
• Work closely with our designer to create intuitive user flows and experiences
• Conduct customer interviews and implement feedback collection processes
• Improve existing user interview patterns and event tracking systems
• Create and maintain release documentation for customer communication
• Interface directly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth customer implementations

What We're Looking For
