• Deliver in agile processes with engineering teams.
• Think user-centric across complex customers and UX alignment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in construction industry and Materials stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Tactical Execution & Beta Management: Directly manage beta feedback of new features.
• Customer Engagement: Meet with customers daily to prioritize feedback and understand their jobs-to-be-done.
• Product Delivery: Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria, considering UX and technical requirements.
• Agile Leadership: Manage agile backlogs and ceremonies with Engineering and Design.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure tactical work supports the long-term product vision and driving sales.
• GTM & Adoption: Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams and Support to drive adoption and releases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with delivery teams to prioritize roadmap for complex needs.
• AI Literacy: Leverage AI tools to move faster and build agentic workflows.
