Job summary

Procore seeks an Associate Product Manager 2 to drive tactical execution for Time Tracking and Equipment solutions. You will own feature-level delivery and work with Engineering and Design to ensure a world-class UX while aligning with the broader product strategy.

You will engage daily with customers to prioritize feedback, write PRDs, and collaborate across teams to accelerate adoption and go-to-market efforts. Based in Austin, TX, immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience delivering B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in multiple discovery techniques and turning feedback into insights.
• Ability to lead a tripod (Product, Design, Engineering) to drive momentum.

Responsibilities

• Tactical Execution & Beta Management: manage beta feedback for new features.
• Customer Engagement: meet with customers daily to prioritize feedback.
• Product Delivery: write detailed PRDs and acceptance criteria considering UX and tech needs.
• Agile Leadership: manage agile processes with Engineering and Design.
• Strategic Alignment: ensure tactics support long-term product vision and sales.
• GTM & Adoption: collaborate with GTM teams to drive adoption and releases.
• Collaborate Cross-Functional: align with delivery teams on roadmap for complex needs.
• AI literacy: leverage generative tools to move faster and improve outcomes.
