Software Resources has an immediate, long-term contract opportunity for an Associate Product Manager in Celebration, FL. The role focuses on the Cruise Line shopping experience, joining a Commerce Product team that collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics, Legal, Design, Engineering, and Content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, business analysis, content management, or related digital role.
• Ability to translate business and Guest needs into clear written requirements and user stories.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for shopping experiences.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering, content, and QA teams.
• Drive partner discussions to set scope, timelines, and tradeoffs.
• Manage special offers and promotions end to end.
