Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating detailed technical user stories, requirements, and use cases.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using or a strong interest in AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, or requirements generation.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating on wireframes, user flows, and designs using Figma or similar platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and PowerPoint communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group Product Manager to support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the ATS platform.
• Manage backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning activities with Engineering teams.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and Figma to create early concepts, document workflows, and summarize product requirements.
• Define, document, and enhance user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with UX and QA teams to review designs and validate product functionality before release.
• Monitor feature development progress and support launch readiness, including release docs and enablement.
• Participate in customer conversations, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews with Product leadership.
• Contribute to product documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Show flexibility and teamwork to support additional product initiatives as needs evolve.

This role is ideal for professionals transitioning from Business Analysis into Product Management or for individuals who are early in their product management career and looking to expand their impact. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in executing product initiatives and delivering enhancements that improve the ATS experience for customers and internal stakeholders. Working alongside Engineering, UX, QA, and Product leadership, you will help transform business needs into valuable product solutions while building your skills in product strategy, roadmap execution, and customer‑centric decision‑making.

Core Job Duties

• Partner with the Group Product Manager (GPM) to support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the ATS platform.
• Manage backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning activities in collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and Figma to create early concepts, document workflows, and summarize product requirements.
• Define, document, and enhance user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with UX and QA teams to review designs and validate product functionality before release.
• Monitor feature development progress and support launch readiness activities, including release documentation and internal enablement.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating detailed technical user stories, requirements, and use cases.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience using or a strong interest in AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, or requirements generation.

• Understanding of data structures, integrations, system dependencies, and workflow management is preferred.
