Job summary

isolved HCM is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM), an entry point into product management for those moving from business analysis or early in their career. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during EST business hours.

You will own sprint-level execution, collaborate with Engineering and UX, and work with the Group Product Manager to shape vision, roadmap, and go-to-market readiness. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years defining detailed technical user stories.
• 3+ years in product management.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, AirFocus, Agile.
• Experience with AI prompting for specs.
• Basic UX sense; wireframe in Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of data dependencies.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, growth-minded team player.
• Collaborative and open to feedback.
• Growth mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision, goals, and quarterly outcomes with GPM.
• Own backlog grooming, story writing, and sprint planning with engineering.
• Use AI tools and Figma to draft concepts, flows, and requirements.
• Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with UX and QA for design reviews and tests.
• Track feature progress and assist with go-to-market readiness.
• Participate in customer and stakeholder interviews led by GPMs.
• Contribute to documentation, user guides, and org readiness materials.
• Support team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
