Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring an Associate AI Engineer to join a collaborative team and support the design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI, ML, analytics, and data-driven solutions. You will work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and solution architects to build foundational skills across cloud platforms and software engineering.

The role provides two specialization paths—AI Engineering and Data Engineering & Analytics—offering exposure to both areas as you grow, with focus on responsible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-3 years of software/AI/Data engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of Python or similar language; familiarity with cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and support AI-enabled outcomes.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI/data solutions.
• Participate in agile practices, code reviews, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Apply security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards across work.
