Massive Bio is hiring a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined part of our AI-powered oncology platform. You will work with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement to deliver value and learn the craft on meaningful outcomes.

You will craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, and monitor product metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or closely adjacent role.
• Clear and precise written communication.
• Comfortable with data and product analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Own a defined surface of the platform, backlog, release notes, and success metrics.
• Turn product direction into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning with multi-time-zone teams.
• Analyze product analytics and build reporting for your area.
• Engage with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement to understand usage and priorities.
• Validate releases against acceptance criteria and maintain area documentation.
