Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the Product team and own a defined part of our AI-powered oncology platform. You will work with senior product managers and report to Product leadership, owning a specific product area while collaborating daily with Engineering, Data and AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement.

You will develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria, participate in backlog grooming, and lead sprint planning across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or closely related role.
• Able to write clearly and precisely for cross-time-zone teams.
• Comfortable with data and product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined surface of the platform, manage backlog and release notes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for engineering.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning across time zones.
• Pull and interpret product analytics to inform prioritization.
• Engage with Clinical Operations, Patient Relations, and Provider Engagement to understand usage.
