Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related roles in enterprise applications.
• Experience with CLM platforms, especially in-house built systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and automation for business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to summarize at management level.

Responsibilities

• Support the CLM product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Define and document functional/non-functional requirements; create user stories and use cases.
• Champion AI and automation, e.g., NLP for contract parsing and automated risk scoring.
• Develop SME in contract management workflows and CLM platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, procurement, and leadership.
• Lead test planning, UAT, and defect tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in integration and platform enhancement within Source to Pay and ERP ecosystems.
• Drive backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment with business value.
