Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Associate, Product Management to join the Corporate Planning & Management division, focused on the firm’s proprietary Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within Source to Pay.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, procurement, and senior leadership to define and execute a product vision for contract lifecycle support that leverages AI tools and modern engineering practices to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

Solid experience in product management and understanding of business processes that support contract lifecycles.
Hands-on familiarity with designing, scaling, or supporting in-house CLM/workflow engines.

Responsibilities

CLM Product Support: contribute to discovery, requirements, delivery, and optimization under senior PM guidance.
Requirements Definition & Documentation: define functional & non-functional requirements; create business process flows and user stories.
AI & Automation Contribution: champion AI tools and automation to streamline contracting processes with engineering partners.
Business Process Expertise: develop expertise in contract workflows from intake to renewals and translate into product requirements.
In-House Platform Expertise: contribute on architecture and capabilities of the proprietary CLM platform.
