Seal Dynamics, a HEICO Company, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Product Management Team from our Hauppauge, NY facility. The role emphasizes relationship-building with Strategic Partners, forecasting, and coordinating cross-functional sales and marketing efforts.

You will help manage product lines, participate in pricing decisions, and assist with new product launches in a fast-paced environment. In-person role with travel to partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Aerospace sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data tools.

Responsabilités

• Produce and maintain annual sales forecast with Strategic Partners.
• Monitor market trends and bookings/sales/quotations; take action as needed.

• Conduct product training for new team members.
• Review and price long-term contracts and fixed-price agreements.
• Maintain CRM with product and customer data; support inventory management with Supply Chain.

We are looking to fill the role of Associate Product Manager. The Associate Product Manager provides support to the Product Management Team.

• This is an in‑person position working from our Hauppauge, NY facility

Duties & Responsibilities -

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Partners
• Regularly schedule, prepare and conduct business reviews with Strategic Partners
• Produce and maintain annual sales forecast (internal and with Strategic Partners)
• Review daily publications for market trends and intelligence
• Actively monitor daily bookings, sales and quote reports and take appropriate action where necessary
• Coordinate and drive sales and marketing efforts in close coordination with Regional VP’s, Sales Managers, Customer Support and other team members to develop and manage existing and new customer base
• Create strong customer relationships and actively participate in new account development
• Generate monthly sales and market feedback reports (internally and for Strategic Partners)
• Continuously perform competitive pricing analyses to increase market share and profitability
• Continually update internal CRM database with product and customer specific information
• Maintain a proactive and creative approach to reduce slow moving inventory
• Assist with the launch of new product lines and/or special projects
• Conduct product training for new team members
• Regularly schedule New and Lost Business Opportunity reviews with Sr. Product Manager
• Strategically review and price long-term contracts and fixed-price agreements
• Promptly respond and close open actions in a timely manner
• Actively seek ways to improve and maintain processes
• Manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels in coordination with Supply Chain
• Review and approve purchase orders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)

Experience & Education:

• Aerospace sales and/or distribution experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
