Job summary

Activate is a growing experiential agency based in Michigan, crafting live events and brand experiences for top brands. We are seeking an Associate Producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys hands-on execution, travel, and problem-solving.

You will support producers across events, activations, and tours, assist with budgets and schedules, help turn creative concepts into real-world experiences, and coordinate onsite operations to ensure seamless events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events, experiential production, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus.

• Assist with budgets, timelines, vendor sourcing, logistics, and production documentation.

We’re looking for an Associate Producer who wants to be in the middle of the action, someone excited by fast-paced projects, creative problem-solving, travel, logistics, and bringing ideas to life.

This role is for someone who:

One day you might be sourcing custom event assets or coordinating vendors. The next, you could be onsite helping execute a national mobile tour, managing show flow, solving last‑minute challenges, or helping transform a blank venue into a fully immersive brand experience.

What You’ll Do
