ACL Partners in New York seeks an Associate to join a team focused on GP-led secondaries, portfolio finance and structured liquidity solutions. The role spans continuation vehicles, NAV-based financings and sponsor-led transactions, with exposure to complex capital structures.

You will evaluate and execute GP-led secondary deals, analyse fund-level cash flows, and build multi-asset transaction models. Collaboration with sponsors, advisers and lenders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private capital advisory.
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
• Exposure to private equity sponsors or complex capital structures.
• Interest in secondaries, portfolio finance and private-capital solutions.

Associate – Private Capital Solutions / GP-Led Secondaries | New York

A leading private-markets platform is looking to add an Associate to a team focused on GP-led secondaries, portfolio finance and structured liquidity solutions.

The role will sit across complex private-capital transactions including continuation vehicles, preferred equity, NAV-based financings, portfolio-level liquidity solutions and other sponsor-led transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute GP-led secondary and structured capital transactions
• Analyse private equity portfolios, fund-level cash flows and underlying asset performance
• Build transaction models across continuation vehicles, preferred equity and NAV-based solutions
• Support due diligence, structuring, underwriting and investment committee materials
• Work directly with sponsors, advisers, lenders and internal investment teams through execution

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, leveraged finance, sponsor finance, secondaries or private credit
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience
• Exposure to private equity sponsors, fund-level financing or complex capital structures highly relevant
• Comfortable analysing both individual assets and diversified private-market portfolios
• Strong interest in secondaries, portfolio finance and private-capital solutions
