Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for operations, transaction management, middle office, or deal execution roles within wealth/asset management or private investing.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational workflows, deal closings, or settlement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between deal teams and support teams.
• Strong project management skills with an efficiency-focused mindset and the ability to balance complex timelines.
• High attention to detail, strong risk awareness, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong collaborative ties across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and closing of secondary transactions, including quarterly auctions, LP-led sales, GP-led liquidity events, and strategic platform transactions.
• Partner across Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to facilitate seamless transaction execution and issue resolution.
• Help design and improve workflows, controls, and operating procedures to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and support business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams, fund managers, custodians, transfer agents, and other external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and risk management standards across all transactions.
• Partner with senior leadership, Technology, and external vendors to enhance the infrastructure and operating model supporting the PSG platform.
• Drive execution of key business and platform initiatives that support scalability, operational excellence, and client experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled solutions to improve execution and support growth.
• Assist senior leadership in evaluating new processes, capabilities, and strategic opportunities to help shape the continued evolution of the Private Secondary Group.
