Job summary

FirstClose, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the evolution of OMS/FirstClose One and Gateway platforms. You will translate provider and lender needs into clear requirements, assist with rule mapping, and maintain backlogs across OMS and Gateway while coordinating UAT and release communications.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, API familiarity, structured data handling, and effective stakeholder collaboration within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS product work or related domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and optimize complex workflows.
• Solid understanding of APIs and structured data formats, and rules-based orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Translate provider, lender, and internal needs into requirements and user stories.
• Support design reviews for OMS workflows and provider flows.
• Assist PMs with rule mapping and backlog maintenance across OMS + Gateway.
• Coordinate UAT and produce release notes and guides for product enhancements.
• Track rollout tasks and communicate risks early.
