Job summary

OpenRouter, Inc. is hiring the first Product Manager for OpenRouter Connect. You will own the Connect roadmap end to end, shaping partner onboarding, provisioning APIs, and usage/billing visibility while aligning with business strategy and developer experience.

You will work with design partners and engineering to ship features rapidly, with a focus on scalable, reusable abstractions that empower platforms and their customers. This is a customer-obsessed, technical product leadership role.

Qualifications

Own the Connect roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization and requirements across partner integration and onboarding, provisioning APIs, controls and guardrails per customer and end user, and usage visibility and billing.
Set strategy by targeting partner segments and defining competitive positioning for each.
Collaborate with design partners to understand needs and unblock engineers on integration.
Coordinate with engineering and design to ship fast, iteratively with high quality and developer experience, building reusable abstractions.
Identify and push platform gaps back into the core Connect product when needed.

Responsibilities

Own the Connect roadmap end to end, prioritization and requirements definition for partner integration and onboarding, APIs, controls, and billing visibility.
Set strategy and target partner segments; define competitive positioning and activation/retention goals.
Engage directly with design partners to understand needs and unblock engineering teams.
Work with engineering and design to ship features quickly with quality and reusable abstractions.
Push platform gaps back to core product when gaps are identified.
