Tory Burch, a global American luxury lifestyle brand, is seeking an Associate Planner, Full Price Stores, to support merchandise planning for North America retail. You will partner with Planning, Buying, Allocation, and cross-functional teams to drive inventory productivity, analyze sales data and support the open-to-buy (OTB) process.

The role emphasizes reporting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP; PowerPoint experience.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and deadline discipline.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, or SAP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain pre-season plans, including sales, markdowns, receipts, and inventory targets.
• Monitor weekly sales performance and support in-season management by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting and analysis for key metrics across sales, margin, inventory, and productivity.
• Communicate the state of the business in weekly meetings and monthly OTB meetings.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of historical data, current performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Buyers and Allocators to ensure alignment on assortment strategies and inventory flow.
• Track receipts and ensure that on-order is delivering on time to support forecasts.
• Participate in hindsight reviews, monthly forecasting, and seasonal strategy planning meetings.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting needs as directed by the Planner or Planning Manager.
