Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
4+ years of experience in planning or finance-related field.
Experience with planning and business reporting applications a plus.
Experience in ecommerce highly desired.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with strategic business acumen.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Merchandise Financial Planning and Inventory Management.
Assortment Planning and Buy Tools coordination.
Business Management, Reporting and Analysis.
Maintain monthly and yearly OTB, including reforecasting sales, margin, receipts and inventory.
Review plans and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive action plans.
Communicate business status in weekly and monthly meetings.
Recommend actions to maximize sales and margins, and optimize inventory.
