Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pre-season plans, including sales, markdowns, receipts, and inventory targets.
• Monitor weekly sales performance and support in-season management.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting and analysis for key metrics across sales, margin, inventory, and productivity.
• Communicate the state of the business in weekly meetings and monthly OTB meetings.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on historical data, current performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Buyers and Allocators to align on assortment strategies and inventory flow.
• Track receipts and ensure on-order delivery supports forecasts.
• Participate in forecasting reviews and seasonal planning.
