ENTAA Care | Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians - Chester, MD is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join our team. The role involves direct patient care, exams, assessments, diagnosis, and prescribing medications, with supervision of medical staff and active participation in teaching and committees.

Applicants must hold Maryland Medical Specialty License or Certification, Board Certification, DEA and CDS licenses, and BLS Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care activities.
• Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.
• Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control.
• Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation.
• Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations.

Our practice offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including:

• Allergy and Immunology
• Audiology
• Dermatology
• Otolaryngology
• Speech Pathology

We are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate full-time (40 hours) Otolaryngologist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care activities.
• Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.
• Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.

Salary Range: Minimum 10.00/hour - Maximum 200.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
