Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading real estate information company, is seeking an Associate Photographer in Des Moines, IA. You will create 3-D virtual tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using Matterport Pro3 and standard photography gear.

You’ll cover defined territories, schedule shoots, and work with clients and internal teams. The role requires at least 2 years of professional photography experience, real estate photography, and a FAA Part 107 license within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License required within 30 days of offer.
• Current and valid driver’s license and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of property photos for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with scheduling, dispatch, and sales teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
