Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas, TX seeks a Personal Injury Defense Associate to join our established Texas defense platform. The role covers auto, trucking, multi‑party injury and general liability defense with remote work options.

You will draft pleadings, motions, discovery and case reports, and collaborate with partners on strategy, hearings and depositions. Compensation includes a base salary up to $170,000 plus quarterly bonuses, medical coverage, 401(k) eligibility after 30 days with

• 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Active Texas Bar required.
• Personal injury defense/insurance defense experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury defense matters (auto, trucking, multi-party, general liability).
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and case reports.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, hearings, depositions, and progression of litigation.

The Role:

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $170,000, depending on experience.
• Quarterly bonus opportunities available.
