Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a Texas defense firm with a strong PI defense focus, seeks a Personal Injury Defense Associate for a Dallas hybrid position. The attorney will handle auto, trucking, multi-party, and general liability matters and work with partners on strategy and progression.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Active Texas Bar.
• Personal injury defense / insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Must be local to the Texas market.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury defense matters, including auto, trucking, multi-party injury, and general liability cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and case reports.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, hearings, depositions, client communication, and litigation progression.

The Role:

• Handle personal injury defense matters, including auto, trucking, multi-party injury, and general liability cases.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to $170,000, depending on experience.

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
