We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks a Personal Injury Defense Associate to join a real litigation-first firm handling wrongful death, catastrophic injury, transportation, premises, products, and other serious liability matters.

You will work alongside proven trial lawyers, manage cases through pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial preparation, and have a clear partnership track with strong long-term growth potential. Dallas with remote flexibility.

• Manage cases through pleadings, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation
• Work directly with sophisticated insurer and corporate clients
• Collaborate closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-stakes matters

The Role

You will:

• Handle a personal injury defense docket with a focus on:
• products liability
• other complex PI and catastrophic injury defense matters

Manage cases through key litigation stages, including:

• pleadings
• depositions
• dispositive motions
• mediation
• trial preparation
• Work directly with sophisticated insurer and corporate clients
• Collaborate closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-stakes matters
• Base salary: up to $200K depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus potential
