The Role

• Manage a focused docket of 15-35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K-$15K+)
