We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to lead a modern, remote-first practice in Texas, with a potential partner track and meaningful client impact. You will manage a focused docket of trucking, auto, and premises liability cases, handle defense from intake through resolution, and collaborate remotely with autonomy and strong team support.

Base salary up to $200,000 plus discretionary year-end bonuses; generous PTO, 50% employer health coverage, a 2% 401(k)

Formación

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense.
• Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes)

Responsabilidades

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises).
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections.
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average.
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team.
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE).
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+).
• 50% employer-covered health, dental, and life insurance.
• 2% 401(k) match (quick eligibility).
• Generous PTO: 15 days + up to 10 additional for sick/bereavement/jury duty.
