Associate | Pensions, Benefits & Investments (All Offices)

We are seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our industry-leading Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group to assist the investment team with alternative investment/private fund investments in different asset classes. This position can be in any of our office locations nationwide. Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience, excellent academic credentials and a willingness to take ownership over significant investment transactions. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment and excellent advancement opportunities for associates. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they apply.

The salary range for the position of 2 to 4 Year Associate at Nossaman is $195,000 to $220,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for various annual bonuses including a bonus of 15% of base compensation should they meet Nossaman’s 1,850 annual billable hours expectation.

Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,850 (which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro-bono work)
